Stephen J. Lacey concentrates his practice in the areas of Medicaid planning, tax and estate planning, real estate and business transaction law. Mr. Lacey is experienced in the formulation of estate plans to achieve the clients' testamentary goals and maximize their tax benefits and probate of estates. In addition, business organizations and non-profit organizations have benefited from his vast knowledge of developing organizational documents.
Mr. Lacey has been involved in eminent domain and property rights protection litigation. He has provided tax and legal advice to board members of non-profit organizations and private foundations. Mr. Lacey has furnished legal services to clients for tax free exchanges of real estate and facilitate large commercial real estate closings.
Mr. Lacey is admitted to the Florida, Virginia, and Georgia State Bars. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar Association and Medicaid Practice System.
