Timothy M. Williams practices primarily business, real estate, and telecommunications law. His practice includes the negotiating and drafting of commercial and residential purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, and agreements for the sale, leasing, licensing, construction, and operation of fiber optic systems, including dark fiber, lit fiber, collocation facilities, and undersea cable landing sites, and the review of condominium and subdivision plats and documents to ensure compliance with statutes, ordinances, and VA and FHA lending requirements.
Mr. Williams has represented real estate investors, builders, developers, homeowners' associations, community development districts, planning and zoning and code enforcement boards, lenders, and a nationwide group of apartment owners. His litigation experience includes title claims, construction lien disputes, commercial and residential foreclosures and lease disputes, various business disputes, and claims for damage to underground telecommunications systems.
Mr. Williams served as General Counsel of EPIK Communications Incorporated from 2002 through 2007.
Mr. Williams has served on the board of the Yellow Umbrella Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse of the Space Coast and the Exchange Club of the South Brevard Beaches, and was a member of the Melbourne Area Association of Realtors Lawyer Relations Committee. He is a member of the Florida Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section.
Mr. Williams received his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy at Princeton University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida.
